A HIIT class, is a High Intensity Interval workout. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between 30secs-1min bursts of high intesity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of ones maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

These type of classes can be an efficient, fun way to takle your cardio workouts, add muscle and shred some serious fat!
